About the Role

Elmet Technologies, a subsidiary of The Elmet Group, manufactures precision materials used in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and medical industries. We’re hiring a Machine Operator to support our Reduction team and help keep production running safely and efficiently.

This is a hands-on role operating equipment, performing setups, monitoring processes, and supporting quality output.

What You’ll Do

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment
Perform machine setups and changeovers
Verify product quality using measuring tools
Complete production logs and maintain traceability
Perform daily inspections and maintain 5S standards
Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting
Operate forklifts, cranes, and industrial tools
Cross-train across multiple machines

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years manufacturing or industrial experience
Ability to work overnight and weekends
Basic math and measurement skills
Reliable attendance and safety mindset
Preferred: High School Diploma/GED and ability to maintain forklift and crane licenses
