Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and frontline production teams within our facilities.

This role exists to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production execution while driving accountability, team engagement, and performance consistency. The Production Supervisor will oversee shift operations, coordinate workflow, manage staffing needs, and partner closely with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to meet production targets.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a manufacturing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads by example, and understands how disciplined execution drives operational success.


Key Responsibilities
 • Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals • Manage shift staffing, assignments, and workflow coordination • Monitor production performance metrics and address gaps in real time • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and quality requirements • Drive a culture of safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies • Partner with Maintenance to minimize downtime and resolve equipment issues • Collaborate with Planning to align production schedules and capacity • Coach, mentor, and develop production team members • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback • Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean manufacturing efforts

Ideal Candidate Profile
 • 3–7 years of manufacturing experience with 1–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role • Strong understanding of production processes and shop floor operations • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment • Experience working with production KPIs and performance metrics • Effective communicator with strong conflict resolution skills • Experience in aerospace, defense, semiconductor, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to work scheduled shifts, including nights or weekends if required
